For the "Creators Orbit" Application

This Privacy Policy describes how Axle Operations Systems ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares your information when you use the Creators Orbit application ("Creators Orbit" or "the Service").

1. Information We Collect

When you use the Creators Orbit application, we collect:

  • Your name and email address (via Google OAuth sign-in)
  • Your creator profile information (name, niche, follower range) that you provide during onboarding
  • Platform analytics data (follower counts, video counts, engagement metrics) from connected platforms via their official APIs
  • Content planning items you create within the app

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data solely to:

  • Display your analytics dashboard
  • Generate AI-powered growth insights personalized to your content
  • Provide the content planning features of the Service

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Platform Data & API Usage

Creators Orbit displays analytics data from several social media platforms. We only request read-only access to your profile and post statistics. We never post, edit, or delete content on your behalf.

YouTube (Google API Services)

Creators Orbit uses YouTube API Services to fetch your channel metrics. By connecting your YouTube account, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

You can revoke Creators Orbit's access to your data at any time via the Google Security Settings page.

TikTok

When you connect TikTok, we access your basic profile info, follower count, and video list metrics via official TikTok APIs. This data is used solely to generate your dashboard insights.

Meta Platforms (Instagram, Threads, & Facebook)

We access your public profile and post performance data via the Meta Graph API and Threads API. This information is used to provide cross-platform growth comparisons.

Other Platforms (Twitch, Kick, Pinterest)

For Twitch, Kick, and Pinterest, we fetch your follower summaries and recent post statistics via their respective official APIs to complete your creator footprint.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in a secure Supabase (PostgreSQL) database hosted on AWS. Access tokens for connected platforms are stored server-side and never exposed to the browser. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

You may disconnect any platform at any time from your dashboard, which removes our access to that platform's data. To delete your account and all associated data, use the account deletion option in your settings, or contact us at support@creatorsorbit.com.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate Creators Orbit:

  • Supabase — Database and authentication
  • Vercel — Application hosting
  • Anthropic (Claude) — AI-generated growth insights
