By accessing or using Orbit ("the Service"), operated by Axle, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Orbit is an analytics and content planning dashboard for social media creators. The Service connects to third-party platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and X/Twitter) via OAuth to display your own account metrics in one place.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We use Google OAuth for authentication.
When you connect a platform (e.g. TikTok, YouTube, Instagram), you authorize Orbit to access the data permitted by that platform's OAuth scopes on your behalf. We only request read-only access to your public profile and analytics data. We do not post, delete, or modify content on your behalf.
We store your connected platform metrics solely to display them in your dashboard. We do not sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
You may not use the Service to violate any applicable laws, infringe on others' intellectual property, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the settings page, or by contacting us at hello@axle.so.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that analytics data will be 100% accurate.
